What to Expect

One to One personal instruction & briefing on the tractor, the terrain and driving techniques, with an experience farmer.

  • Supervised tractor driving – off road on farm tracks
  • Available with a weekend or full week booking.
  • One hour session
  • 10 to 15 minutes explaining the controls.
  • 45 – 50 minutes behind the wheel.

  • You must be over 18 and hold a valid car driving licence.

Tractors are essential for modern farming, they can cost from £60,000 to over £150,000.  We have three John Deere Tractors

John Deere 6120

  • 4 Wheel Drive (4WD)
  • Air Conditioning
  • Powershift (very easy to change gear)
  • 16 gears
  • 70 hp

Fitted with a front end loader this is a real work horse, and is in use every day.

John Deere 6930

  • 4 Wheel Drive (4WD)
  • Air Conditioning
  • Full powershift (very easy to change gear)
  • 16 gears
  • 163 hp
